Our Casa is a warm, welcoming home in the heart of Piedmont created for families and loved ones who want to be together, comfortably and naturally.
It is a place that truly feels like home: generous shared spaces, quiet corners for rest, and an atmosphere that invites long meals, conversations, and time spent together. Whether you are an extended family or a few couples traveling together, the Casa offers both togetherness and space to breathe.
Surrounded by open landscapes and vineyard views, the house feels peacefully secluded, yet remains close to everyday pleasures. The historic town of Acqui Terme is just a short drive away perfect for a morning coffee, fresh pastries, and a simple taste of local life.
The Casa is an ideal base for exploring Northern Italy, with easy day trips to the Aosta Valley, Portofino, Cinque Terre, Lake Maggiore, and nearby villages throughout Piedmont.
Back home, you return to calm, to comfort, and to the feeling of being exactly where you belong.
This is not a hotel it is a family home, meant to be lived in, shared, and remembered.
The House
Set among the rolling vineyards of Piedmont, the house blends traditional Italian architecture with warm, inviting interiors designed for comfort, relaxation, and shared moments.
Large panoramic windows frame breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape, bringing the beauty of the estate into every space of the home.
Ground Floor
Upon entering the house, you are welcomed by a staircase inspired by classic Piedmontese design.
To the right, a spacious dining room features a beautiful French-style table seating 10–12 guests, set beside an exposed stone wall. A cozy seating corner invites you to relax after meals, with a sofa that can also convert into a double bed when needed. Panoramic windows open to stunning views of the estate and vineyards.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a large central island, perfect for cooking together and enjoying family time. a traditional wood burning fireplace adds warmth during the winter months. The kitchen includes everything you may need, including a dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee machine.
The living room is generous and thoughtfully designed, featuring elegant arches and original exposed stone elements from the historic structure. a large comfortable sofa, a big TV, and plenty of space for games and shared moments make it a natural gathering place. From here you can step directly outside to the outdoor seating areas on both sides of the house.

Upper Floor
The upper floor offers four spacious double bedrooms designed in a warm, intimate boho style to make you feel truly at home.
Each room features beautiful views of the surrounding landscape perfect for waking up to the morning light or enjoying the golden hues of sunset.
Each bedroom includes a comfortable 160×200 cm double bed.
Two of the rooms can accommodate a baby crib and an additional child mattress if needed.
A large shared bathroom with both a bathtub and shower serves this floor.
The Garden & Outdoor Spaces
The experience begins at the end of the path, where a welcoming traditional Italian gate opens to the property. As you enter, the garden gradually unfolds and the house reveals itself among the landscape.
The outdoor spaces offer several seating areas to enjoy the views- perfect for a quiet morning coffee, an afternoon break, or a glass of wine during the evening aperitivo.
On the southern side of the house, you’ll find a sunny seating area ideal for winter days.
On the northern side, a large shaded pergola provides the perfect setting for family meals during warm summer evenings.
You can also enjoy peaceful walks through the estate without leaving the property - nature begins right outside the door.
For ultimate relaxation, a jacuzzi corner overlooking the landscape invites you to unwind while taking in the views.
Parking is available directly next to the house.
